Indivisible MHK

Based in Manhattan, Kansas, we are one of many locally led Indivisible groups across the nation dedicated to honoring democracy and sharing factual truths. Indivisible MHK is non-partisan, bringing people together in the Little Apple to create a better community for all of us. This group is powered by you—the engaged members of our community—and your neighbors.

Democracy Dies in Darkness.” Well, local democracy tends to die in drawn-out, inconvenient, snooze-fest meetings. It’s not that we don’t care—it’s that we have too much to care about. Most of us don’t have the time to sit through lengthy meetings or sift through dense policy documents. But staying informed is crucial because these decisions shape our lives and our community’s future. Too often, we only hear about changes after they’ve been decided—once the wheels are already turning on a new policy or project.
